Our Offerings include intuitive coaching, psychic readings, energy healing, group coaching programs, courses, workshops, and related digital content.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content provided by the Company — including but not limited to program materials, meditations, breathwork audios, worksheets, recordings, videos, brand assets, designs, logos, taglines, trademarks, and course structures — is owned by the Company or properly licensed.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased materials for personal use only.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of our Offerings.

Share purchased materials with others who have not purchased access.

Modify, adapt, or claim our content as your own.

Violation = theft. We reserve the right to pursue financial damages, injunctions, and/or legal action in civil or criminal court to the fullest extent of the law.

4. REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the digital and energetic nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing, You acknowledge and agree:

You will not request or be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction or non-use.

If on a payment plan, You remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full. Termination of participation does not release You from payment obligations.

Chargebacks are prohibited. Any attempt will result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of bonuses or materials, and We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with proof of purchase and Terms.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

You authorize Us to charge Your chosen payment method for the full amount of Your purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time for new purchases.

All amounts are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

You assume all risks of engaging in energy healing, breathwork, meditation, or intuitive sessions.

We respect Your privacy, but no communications via email, website, or social media are considered legally confidential unless otherwise required by law. Any testimonials, reviews, or contributions You voluntarily provide may be used in future marketing materials unless You request otherwise in writing.

8. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to terminate Your access to our Offerings without refund if You violate these Terms, engage in abusive or harmful behavior, or misuse our intellectual property.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, You agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, New York.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.

13. SEVERABILITY
